A: We accept COD (Cash on Delivery in Pakistan), bank transfers, and secure online payment gateways. For wholesale bulk orders, partial advance is usually required.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

A: Yes. We deliver to Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and most other cities through reliable courier partners.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Standard delivery is 3–5 business days. For wedding wear or bulk orders, delivery timelines may extend depending on customization and quantity.

Q: Do you offer international delivery?

A: At present, we mainly deliver across Pakistan. For international bulk inquiries, please contact us directly.

Q: What fabrics do you specialize in?

A: We offer lawn, linen, khaddar, chiffon, organza, velvet, and cotton wash-and-wear. Each fabric is sourced for authenticity, durability, and color consistency.

Q: Do you sell stitched clothes too?

A: Our focus is on unstitched dresses, wedding wear, men’s suiting, and shawls. However, limited stitched collections may be launched seasonally.

Q: Are the colors and fabrics exactly like shown in pictures?

A: We use high-resolution images and natural lighting for accuracy. Slight variation may occur due to screen settings or dye lots, but we ensure close authenticity.

Q: Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
