Return and Exchange Policy
Policy Effective Date: 2026
1. Return / Exchange Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Outside this period, we may not accept returns/exchanges.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) required.
- For custom / bridal / heavily embellished items, modification requests or returns are limited unless there is a defect or error.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Some items cannot be returned or refunded, for example:
- Sale / clearance items marked “final sale.”
- Custom orders, personalized pieces.
- Items damaged due to misuse (washing incorrectly, malpractices etc.).
4. Defective / Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (not what was ordered):
- Please report within 48 hours of delivery, with photos/videos.
- We’ll arrange for replacement, refund, or exchange including shipping cost (if error is on our side).
5. Return / Exchange Process
1. Contact us via email/WhatsApp/our contact form with your order number and reason.
2. Wait for our approval & return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely, attach tags, invoice, original packaging.
4. Send using a trackable method to address provided.
5. Returns without approval, or in unacceptable condition, may be rejected.
6. Refunds
- Once returned item is received & inspected, we’ll inform you whether the return is approved.
- Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- If a product is exchanged, the new item will be dispatched after inspection.
7. Shipping Costs
- If return/exchange is due to our error (defect, wrong item), we cover return shipping.
- If the return is due to change of mind, wrong size by customer, etc., the customer may pay for return shipping.
